At Roads to Success we take the proverb “It takes a village” literally.
We name our villages after the four elements to teach our campers the important role of their individual identities and how each others differences are needed to creat thriving communities.
- 4 – 5 year old – Wind Village
- 6 – 7 year old – Water Village
- 8 – 9 year old – Earth Village
- 10- 12 year old – Fire Village
