Through the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP), Roads to Success pairs local youth between the ages of 14 to 24 with career readiness training and paid work experience in a variety of entry-level positions during summer recess.
Students ages 14-15 can participate in paid project based activities which will help them explore different career opportunities
Students ages 16-24
Placement at entry level positions in various industries including merchandising, marketing, education, start-ups, hospitality and others.

Work, Learn, Grow Program (WLGP)
Work, Learn, Grow provides local youth who are currently enrolled in school and between the ages of 16-21 with career readiness training and placement into paid employment in a variety of entry-level positions after school from September - March.
