With more than two decades of experience in education and youth development across two continents, Bossman Ohene Boadi’s journey is defined by purpose, leadership, and a deep belief in the transformative power of learning. His professional path began in Ghana, where he served as a Classroom Lead Teacher, School Education Manager, and Assistant Director of Education, roles that allowed him to shape curriculum, guide educators, and foster environments where students could thrive.

Since joining Roads to Success in 2021, Bossman has continued to lead with excellence and empathy. Initially serving as a Program Director, he played a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-quality programs that supported youth across school-based sites. His commitment to collaboration, structure, and measurable impact led to his promotion to Program Manager in 2024, where he now oversees multiple sites, mentors program leaders, and ensures programs align with RTS’s mission and standards of excellence.

Grounded in his passion for empowering young people, Bossman brings a strategic mindset and a heart for service to every aspect of his work. Whether mentoring staff, building community partnerships, or guiding program operations, he strives to create lasting impact and inspire growth in everyone he works with.

Outside of work, Bossman enjoys reading, exploring new ideas, and staying active through sports like soccer and volleyball. He finds balance and inspiration in nature, motivational learning, and creative pursuits that reflect his lifelong dedication to growth, leadership, and community.
