Empowering Students, Strengthening Communities.
RTS Community School, funded by the NYC Office of Community Schools, plays a pivotal role in addressing the unique challenges faced by underserved neighborhoods. By offering essential services and removing barriers to education, we aim to promote social mobility and foster long-term success for our students.

We believe in the power of collaboration. By working closely with families and local stakeholders, we ensure that students are supported both in and out of the classroom. Through community events, parent workshops, and outreach programs, we create a strong, inclusive network that uplifts the entire community.
The well-being of our students is at the core of what we do. RTS Community School offers access to physical and mental health resources, including counseling services and restorative justice practices. Our goal is to ensure that every student feels safe, supported, and healthy, enabling them to focus on their academic and personal growth.
Our programs provide students with additional learning opportunities, including tutoring, after-school activities, and leadership development. By focusing on academic enrichment, we help students stay engaged, improve their performance, and build the skills they need to excel in their future endeavors.
We work with students, families, and educators to create individualized plans that address the specific needs of each student. By offering targeted support and mentorship, we empower students to take ownership of their education and become leaders within their communities.
Through our holistic approach, RTS Community School improves school attendance, academic performance, and student engagement. By building strong relationships with students and their families, our dedicated staff help create an environment where students can thrive. We are committed to expanding this model to drive systemic change and increase our impact across NYC’s underserved communities.
