Our mission is to inspire and empower all young people to take control of their future. We envision a world where everyone has access to an equitable path to success.
Roads to Success(RTS)  is committed to the growth and development of New York City youth. In collaboration with over 31 schools and community partners in underserved communities across the city, RTS serves more than 8,000+ youth annually, ages 4 to 24. We address chronic absenteeism and strengthen academic performance, while providing robust out-of-school programming that nurtures academic achievement, personal growth, and long-term professional readiness.

25 Years of Growth Timeline

2024 - 2025
RTS opens two community hubs

Families access academic, emotional, and career support in one space. Integrated wraparound services for thousands of families in Bronx.

2020 - 2021

RTS adapts and serves during covid! 4500+ youth served across 18 NYC neighborhoods via virtual classes and events.

2013

RTS curriculum formalized 3,000+ students indirectly impacted as educators are trained across multiple sites.

2016

Pathways Forward!
Paid internship launched and 150+ students placedin their first ever jobs!

2009

Stronger Together!A pivotal merger unites Oasis and RTS. Programs scale to 2,000+ Youth annually and introduce structured mentorship connecting students with caring adults.

2010

Middle school programming launched,SEL support begins, building confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.

2004

A New DirectionExpansion into NYC public schools.

100+ students experience their first-ever college campus visit.

Founded as Oasis Community Corporation by Adam Weiss, RTS pioneered after-school and summer programs, transforming schools into learning hubs.
