RTS is committed to providing young people with the skills and real-world experience they need to succeed in today’s competitive workforce. Our Workforce Development program offers a combination of skills training and career exploration for youth currently enrolled in school, giving them the opportunity to build their resumes and explore their future career interests.

Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)
As the nation’s largest youth employment initiative, SYEP connects NYC youth aged 14-24 with paid work experiences and career exploration each summer. Roads to Success is proud to be a provider for this life-changing program, offering participants the chance to gain valuable work experience, build professional networks, and explore potential career paths.
Success Summit
Held annually in June, the Success Summit is an empowering event that brings together college students and professionals to help youth explore their future options. Through moderated panel discussions and interactive sessions, attendees gain insights from experienced professionals, network with peers, and get firsthand advice on life beyond high school.
Career Days
Our Career Days provide youth with direct exposure to professional environments, sparking inspiration for their future endeavors. These experiences introduce participants to key topics such as communication styles, resume building, networking skills, managing professional relationships, and getting ahead during their college years. Youth also have the unique opportunity to learn from business leaders, gaining firsthand knowledge on what it takes to run a successful enterprise.
