Grade 6 to 12 | Pathways to a Bright Future
At Roads to Success, we believe it's never too early to start planning for your future. This program is designed to guide teens through their journey of college and career exploration, financial literacy, and project-based learning. We provide the resources and experiences needed to empower students to make informed decisions about their post-secondary education and career paths.
What we offer
College Exploration
Through engaging workshops, college visits and campus experiences, students learn about different academic options, and begin to envision themselves in these environments. These experiences help them understand what they can expect from life beyond high school.
Career Exploration
Career-focused workshops help students identify their strengths, interests, and potential career pathways while building essential professional skills. Youth explore topics such as communication, resume building, networking, professional relationships, and workplace expectations, while learning directly from professionals and business leaders across industries.
Financial Literacy
We help students build a strong foundation for financial wellness through practical workshops on budgeting, saving, managing money, understanding student loans, and making informed financial decisions as they prepare for college and their future.
Success Summit
Held annually in July, the Success Summit is an empowering event that brings together college students and young professionals to help explore their future options. Through moderated panel discussions and interactive sessions, attendees gain insights from experienced professionals, network with peers, and get firsthand advice on life beyond school.
High School Exploration
We help students make informed decisions about their high school journey by introducing them to different high school options, programs, and opportunities. Through exploration activities and guidance, youth can better understand their choices and identify schools and programs that align with their interests, strengths, and future goals.
Join the Journey
Whether it’s visiting a college campus, meeting professionals at a career fair, or participating in leadership conferences, students gain hands-on experiences that build confidence and expand their horizons. Our College Readiness Program is available at all RTS EXPLORE after-school sites, with additional school-day programming offered at select partner schools.
