What we offer

Activities include:

Career Exploration

Our career-focused workshops help youth identify their strengths, interests, and potential career pathways while developing essential professional skills. Topics include communication, resume building, networking, professional relationships, and navigating college and career opportunities. Youth also learn directly from business leaders and gain insight into a range of industries and careers.

Internships & Financial Support

Youth have access to internship and work-based learning opportunities that connect classroom learning with real-world experience. Internships allow participants to explore careers, develop workplace skills, and build professional networks. Financial support is also available to help reduce barriers and support youth as they pursue their education and career goals.

Success Summit

Held annually in July, the Success Summit brings together youth, college students, and professionals for an empowering day of panel discussions, interactive sessions, and networking. Participants gain firsthand insights, ask questions, connect with peers and professionals, and explore possibilities for life beyond high school.

Career Days

Career Days provide youth with unique opportunities to step into professional environments and experience workplaces firsthand. Through visits to offices, businesses, and other professional spaces, participants meet industry professionals, learn about different careers, and gain a better understanding of what it takes to succeed in the workplace.

Financial Literacy

We equip youth with the knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions and build a strong foundation for financial wellness. Workshops cover practical topics including budgeting, saving, managing money, understanding student loans, and planning for future financial goals.

Our Impactful Staff

Our staff is dedicated to guiding and mentoring young people as they embark on their workforce development journey. With personalized support, our team works closely with participants to ensure they have the tools, training, and encouragement they need to succeed in their chosen fields.
