Get ready for an exciting day of community, competition, and basketball skills at the upcoming Roads to Success Annual 3 vs. 3 Basketball Classic! This inspirational event will take place on:
Date: Friday, February 23rd, 2024
Time: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Approximately 100 middle school RTS youth from schools across Harlem, Brooklyn, and the Bronx will participate.
The tournament will kick off at 10 AM, as teams face off in fast-paced 3 vs. 3 games, showcasing their talents on the court. Participants can look forward to a full schedule of activities, including a lunch break,finals, a 3-point shootout, and an all-star game. An awards presentation will follow to celebrate players' achievements.
More than just a basketball tournament, this event promotes inclusivity, sportsmanship, and positive youth development. Students of all backgrounds are welcomed, including those from low-income families, girls,children with disabilities, and youth from immigrant families. Roads to Success intentionally creates a space where all can feel a sense of belonging.
Through friendly competition and community engagement,participants will build confidence, teamwork skills, and connections. Cheer on the students as they work together, have fun, and inspire one another on and off the court. It promises to be an uplifting and memorable day for all involved.
