Roads to Success is proud to celebrate the 10th Annual RTS Success Summit, our flagship youth leadership and career readiness event, hosted in partnership with The City College of New York.

As we commemorate both the 10th anniversary of the RTS Success Summit and 25 years of empowering New York City youth, this milestone event will bring together approximately 800 young people, ages 14–24, for a full day of inspiration, learning, and connection.
Designed to prepare youth for success in college, careers, and beyond, the Summit offers engaging keynote speakers, interactive panel discussions, hands-on workshops, and valuable networking opportunities with leaders from a wide range of industries.

Participants will hear from an inspiring lineup of speakers representing higher education, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and the private sector, including elected officials, members of the New York City Council, representatives from the Department of Youth and Community Development, and professionals from a variety of industries.
Whether exploring college pathways, discovering career opportunities, developing leadership skills, or building meaningful professional connections, attendees will leave the RTS Success Summit equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration to take the next step toward achieving their goals.
