Empowering Youth at Tomorrow's Leaders Conference in Albany

Roads to Success is thrilled to announce that 30 exceptional high school students from the Bronx and Manhattan will attend the "Tomorrow's Leaders Conference" in "Albany on" February 17th, 2024. This full-day event at the state's capital provides an invaluable opportunity for the students to engage with inspirational speakers, interactive workshops, and diverse peers from across New York.

The students attending are enrolled in Roads to Success' College and Career Readiness Programs at their schools, which include Bronx Envision Academy, Explorations Academy H.S., Frederick Douglass Academy II Secondary School, Wadleigh Secondary School for The Performing & Visual Arts, Academy for Software Engineering, Gramercy Arts High School, and International High School at Union Square.

Through this conference, students will expand their visions of what's possible for their futures as they are exposed to new career paths,leadership styles, and ways of thinking. The experience enables the youth to connect deeply with peers, elected officials, and their own inner potential. It serves not just as an educational field trip, but as a pivotal moment in shaping who they'll become.

Roads to Success will provide full guidance and support throughout the day, with accompanying success coaches, comfortable transportation, and meals provided. We are dedicated to ensuring this is a smooth, enriching, and inspiring experience that will stay with the students for years to come. It's an investment in their growth and a testament to our belief in their promise as tomorrow's leaders.
