Dr. Kuturie D. Rouse serves as Chief of Staff at Roads to Success, bringing more than a decade of executive leadership experience across nonprofit management, youth development, education, and organizational strategy throughout New York City and New York State.

Dr. Rouse is a seasoned nonprofit leader recognized for building strong operational systems, developing high-performing teams, and aligning organizational vision with measurable outcomes. Over the course of his career, he has overseen multimillion-dollar program portfolios, managed complex cross-site operations, and secured more than $1.2 million in public, private, and corporate funding. His work has supported large-scale education, workforce development, and community-based initiatives serving historically underserved communities.

He brings deep expertise in organizational development, fiscal management, governance, and performance management. His leadership approach is rooted in collaboration, accountability, and data-informed decision-making. Dr. Rouse is known for strengthening internal infrastructure, improving program quality, and supporting executive leadership through strategic planning and operational alignment to drive sustainable growth.

In addition to his executive leadership, Dr. Rouse serves as an adjunct graduate professor, teaching courses in public administration, nonprofit management, economics, and financial resource development. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and applies a practitioner-scholar lens to leadership, integrating academic rigor with real-world implementation.

A lifelong resident of Queens, New York, Dr. Rouse remains deeply committed to equity-driven leadership and expanding access to opportunity for young people and families. His work reflects a steadfast belief in building organizational excellence while advancing meaningful and lasting community impact.
