Ian Belizaire is a Brooklyn native whose career sits at the powerful intersection of people, government, and community impact. For more than a decade, he has dedicated himself to public service, leading intergovernmental relations and policy initiatives at the New York City Mayor’s Office, serving as Chief of Staff in the New York City Council, and shaping programs that strengthen local communities through agencies such as NYC Small Business Services. His work has consistently centered on expanding opportunity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that public systems work in service of those who depend on them most.

Ian later brought this commitment to the corporate sector as Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at the Partnership for New York City, where he managed social impact strategies for more than 300 member companies. His leadership helped drive investments in education, workforce development, and equity-building initiatives across the city.

Today, Ian serves as Director of Alliance Development and NYC Government Relations at Pfizer, partnering with patient advocacy organizations, community leaders, and legislators to advance policies that increase patient access to care. His role reflects his ongoing dedication to ensuring that essential resources, whether health services, public programs, or educational opportunities, reach the individuals and families who need them.

Ian’s passion for youth development is rooted in both personal conviction and professional experience. He believes deeply in creating pathways for young people to thrive, recognizing that equitable access to education, mentorship, and wellness can transform not only individual lives but entire communities.
