Dedicated to Advancing Education Access, Equity, and Student Success Beyond the Classroom
Associate Board

Meghan Guilfoile brings a strong combination of professional expertise, fundraising leadership, and a sustained commitment to education access and equity to the Roads to Success Associate Board. Her work reflects a belief that expanding educational opportunity requires turning financial and human capital into direct student impact, both in and beyond the classroom.
Meghan’s commitment to education equity is rooted in her leadership as President and two-time Captain of the Notre Dame Women’s Boxing Team, overseeing a program of more than 100 student-athletes that fundraised over $150,000 annually to support secondary schools in Kyarusozi, Uganda.
Deepening her commitment to education access, Meghan taught mathematics and computer science at the secondary school in Uganda supported by her team’s fundraising efforts, where she instructed large classes and conducted after school tutoring programs. In addition to academic instruction, she founded a student boxing club to support students’ confidence, resilience, and teamwork, reinforcing her belief that meaningful student success extends beyond traditional coursework.
As an Associate Board Member, Meghan is proud to support Roads to Success’s mission of expanding educational opportunity and preparing students for life beyond high school. Outside of her board involvement, she values time with family and friends and remains deeply committed to advancing education equity through community-based programs.
