Michael Kuzminski is a Senior Associate at Blackstone in New York, where he focuses on originating, evaluating, executing, and monitoring private credit investments across a range of strategies and industries. He also supports the development of the firm’s next generation of talent by training and mentoring incoming analysts, associates, and interns.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Michael worked in principal investing at Macquarie, where he served on the Analyst & Associate Advisory Board and volunteered with the Macquarie Foundation’s impact investing program. He graduated from Yale-NUS College in Singapore and conducted research for Yale’s Dwight Hall Socially Responsible Investment Fund during an exchange term in New Haven.

Michael’s connection to Roads to Success is rooted in his interest in expanding economic mobility and creating meaningful pathways for young people. He is particularly passionate about financial literacy, career exposure, and mentorship, and hopes to help connect RTS youth with the professional networks and opportunities that can shape their futures. He also looks forward to supporting the organization’s broader college and career access efforts.

Outside of work and RTS, Michael enjoys playing tennis, hiking, attending live music events, and reading.
