Originally from Tucson, Arizona and now based in San Diego, Mustafa has built a career rooted in purpose. He currently works at Spring Health, a leading mental health organization headquartered in New York City, where he helps expand access to care and reduce the stigma around mental well-being. His work reflects his deep passion for strengthening individuals, families, and communities through equitable support systems.

As a Board Member at Roads to Success, Mustafa brings a heartfelt dedication to creating opportunities for young people, recognizing that lasting change begins with investing in the next generation. His commitment to youth development is not only professional but personal. As a new father, he is inspired daily by the responsibility and hope represented in the world we shape for our children.

In 2025, Mustafa further demonstrated his commitment to the mission by serving as a charity runner for Roads to Success in the TCS New York City Marathon, raising critical funds while training with purpose and heart. His support helped bring greater visibility to the importance of investing in youth opportunity and wellness.
