Deputy Director of Afterschool & Community Center Programs
Senior Leadership
With 25 years of experience in youth development, Nathalie Louis brings deep passion, lived commitment, and proven leadership to her role at Roads to Success. Her journey began as a performing arts Step Instructor at a Beacon program in Flushing, Queens, an experience that ignited her drive to uplift young people through creativity, connection, and mentorship.
Over the years, Nathalie has climbed the ladder across various organizations, each chapter sharpening her ability to lead, inspire, and advocate for the communities she serves. Her career is marked by a dedication to building authentic relationships and a relentless pursuit of excellence, qualities that have helped her become a powerful role model and mentor in youth spaces.
A defining moment in Nathalie’s career was launching and leading a three-year overnight collaboration in Far Rockaway with the NYPD. The initiative brought together teens and officers for 12-hour overnight sessions aimed at fostering dialogue, breaking down misconceptions, and building trust. It’s this kind of visionary thinking and community-centered leadership that Nathalie now brings to RTS.
At Roads to Success, Nathalie is driven by the same mission: to support youth, guide her team toward excellence, and create safe, empowering spaces where young people can thrive. She believes deeply in the power of consistency, respect, and shared humanity and is proud to continue her legacy of impact with the RTS family.
